We were really beginning to struggle with our ELD provider at the time and it was quickly turning into an extensive daily task of repairing/dealing with ELD/GPS issues. So much so that our drivers were unhappy and I was extremely unsatisfied. After being introduced to Ramon and Tivitri it was clear that our company needed to make a change immediately.
